We had a very long few days last week. Sammy was admitted to the hospital for RSV. For those of you who do not know what this is, it is an infection of the lungs and breathing passages. Seems like a bad cold to an older child or adult but can be very serious for an infant. She spent four days being poked and prodded. She also underwent breathing treatments and horrible suctions. Never the less, we did manage a few grins while we were there and after good care and a lot of TLC she's home and almost back to her happy, smiley self. We also found out while she was there, Sammy will have to have surgery. She has a narrowing of the aorta that must be fixed. This will happen sometime in May. I am not looking forward to this, but I have been reassured this is just a small detour on the way to a long, happy, and HEALTHY life. I really want to thank everybody for their visits, and thoughts and prayers. You are all loved and a blessing.

Not in? Then under.
Sammy loves this bouncer. It plays music and lights up and has lots of things to touch and chew.
Guess i didn't get her in it fast enough because I found her under it.

Almost all of these pictures are 35mm. I am so glad someone invented digital cameras. It would have saved me some time. HE'S SO WORTH IT THOUGH! I love you bubba.
